Desktop Collage

I purchased the Desktop Collage and it wont activate.

I get this,

Error activating the product

Please check the serial number that you have entered and ensure that it is associated with the email you used. Try to activate the product again. If you are using Stardock Central you can right-click on the product and attempt to activate without reinstalling. Please include this log file when contacting support@stardock.com.

I've has stardock email me the product serial# again still no luck.

With purchases of the collage there was an inital error. Right after launch a email was sent to everyone that purchased the product where to get a build that did not contain the error. Please check the email that you have your account under and you should have the fix there. If not please start up a ticket at support@stardock.com. Sorry for the trouble.
